Shipping policy

1. Delivery Regions
We currently ship to most countries in Europe and Morocco. We aim to expand to more regions soon.

2. Fulfillment Times
- Print-on-demand items (e.g., mugs, tote bags, prints) are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
- Original artworks are shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.

3. Shipping Times & Carriers
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 2–4 business days
- Europe (EU/EEA): 4–9 business days
- Morocco: 5–14 business days

Carriers vary by destination and product type. Tracking information will be emailed when available.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We offer flat-rate or calculated rates depending on your region and product.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- Orders to Morocco or other non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties or VAT upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
- Jazerfly Artco is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@jazerflystudio.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
