At Jazerfly Studio, each piece is made with care and intention — whether it's a printed product or a one-of-a-kind original.
Print-on-Demand Items
Jazerfly’s products (such as printed mugs, totes, and framed art) are produced by Jazerfly’s Studio’s production partner upon Jazerfly’s submission of the originally created design. Jazerfly Studio does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size selection, or general dissatisfaction.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact Jazerfly Studio within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as needed. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Original Artworks
Due to the unique nature of original paintings, all sales of originals are considered final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can assess a solution.
Commissioned Art
All custom commissions are final sale and non-refundable.
